 Lending Transportation Solutions / Zarina Akhmedova applied for a commercial trailer loan though our company. The Guarantors credit was very limited and we had to get loan through an outside lender who deals with sub par credit customers. We did get the loan finally approved, admittedly at a higher rate and did send the final approval to Lending Transportation for there consideration.

Approval did spell out terms, monthly payment, and all fees in writing. They read, signed, and sent required funds to order their loan documents. Approval specifically said all fees are non refundable in the event you cancel. They paid via credit card and the credit card authorization also said that they agree not to dispute this charge, which they sent. They at no time were forced to sign or coericed into signing approval or credit card authorization.

We did our job 100% as we were requested to get an approval for a customer who did not qualify for traditional financing. They knew in advance rates would be higher than normal. The person who wrote the complaint was not the customer, but someone else, as hedid contact me twice claiming to be the principle of the company. But the principle is a woman, and a man disguised his voice claiming to be a woman.  He was very nasty and threatened us, and called us negative names. We have no authorization to discuss the issue with someone who is not a part of the contract.
