I purchased a car from Family Motors on Saturday. Mind you, I was suppose to have the car on that Thursday. But, when I went to Rk Motors to pick it up they couldn't find the keys.  But they had the remote. They said the keys was in service, and I would have to get the car on friday. They had me do the paperwork. On Friday the sales rep calls me and tells me that the car has too many mechanical issues and they won't sell it to me. Later on that day, the sales rep calls back and says it was just the heater coils and they would have the car at the dealership for me on Saturday morning. I go to get the car on Saturday. I drive the car, and the engine is loud, the sales rep is with me and they hear it. We get back to dealership and the manager says that the previous owner installed flow masters in the car that's why the engine sound like that. We go to the gas station for them to put gas in the car. The salesperson says oh the locks not working.  I proceed to tell them I need the locks fixed. They say I want alot knowing that they had to go threw alot to get me that car.

I take the car home and on Monday i proceed to text her informing the sales rep, Im not happy with the vehicle, and i want another vehicle.  So, Wednesday I go up to the dealership to see had they found me another car. They said no and ask me to list what was wrong, I tell them the engine has gotten louder and the car is rattling. They have a mechanic drive the car, and the mechanic proceeds to say its the wheel barren, and the locks dont work. The manager said they would fix the car. But I just bought the car and it hasnt even been a week, they lied and said it was flow masters, when I told them that, they proceed to say they aren't mechanics. I was sold this car under false pretenses. I told them I wanted my money back, but I was told that I could only do a vehicle exchange, but it would take them a while to find me a car. I feel as though, I was in the three day rule considering the storm sandy came and they was closed on Monday.  I don't want a vehicle exchange!!! I would advised anybody to buy a car from them. They are liars, and will rip you off! I wish someone could help me. I just want my money back, and I feel they took advantage of me because I am a young female.

It has been resolved, and I'm very pleased with the results. The company does work to make sure every issue is handled and their customers are satisified.  Thank you guys!!!
