Do not rent from Robert Kulikowski! He owns many properties in Fort Collins - so many, that he is an extremely negligent landlord.

My house was under construction when we first moved in and we graciously waited as the two weeks he said it would take passed by. Construction took forever and he had his maintenance men in the house well over business hours. He was disrespectful and rude, leaving the house a mess when the construction completed and having us clean it. We received no compensation for cleaning.

Fast forward another few months and we are still experiencing major problems with him. When an appliance or other household item breaks, he will immediately blame his tenants and look for any way to take more money from them. He was aware of a broken gas stove in our house and it took him months before he came to fix it. I had to call the city and threaten inspection for him to come over and repair the item.

Furthermore, he has refused to do repairs on illegal premises. In a moron moment, I decided to sign a new lease with him. The lease had been signed and money handed over but he was missing one document for the new lease term: a guarantor document.

He claimed that he did not have to do repairs on our old lease term until he received all the documents for our new lease term. This is illegal. Once he realized it was illegal, he tried to cover up his tracks with e-mails acting like I would not let him come over to do the repairs.

He is a liar, a thief, and an awful person who takes advantage of people and tries to bleed as much money out of them as he can. Surprisingly, he is a young, charming man so don't be fooled! Evilness lurks under the surface.
