I am like all the others.
I had a very nice girl stop at my door last night to sell magazines it was for a communications class her name was Holli...well so she says that is her name. She had also stopped at my mothers house down the street 1st, she was a very fast talker saying she came from Tenn, and she travels alot for this communications class. She was ahead in points for a trip to Hawaii. I was excited for her, there was no magazine I wanted but she pointed one out for me for my grandson. So I said ok...I wrote her a check, and she asked if there was any possible way I could pay part in cash as she will get her points faster, so I gave her my last 10 that I had on me. My mom had a gut feeling last night and this girl gave her a number to call, my mother called it and I did as well and they had no clue what we were talking about it was a transporting place. I did a search on the internet today to find all these report. My mom and I went to the bank today to put a stop payment on the checks, yes it costed us 32.00 I only save a few bucks by doing this, but at least these ppl won't get the 41.00 that my check was written out for, although I still lost my 10.00. From now on it is just school fund raisers and from people I know
