RMC Short Game Order a little get billed for a lot! Internet

In February I ordered a small "fall line indicator" to help me read breaks on greens--a small purchase of $2.99.  Today I saw a $19.95 charge to my debit account identfied a RMC Short Game-CA with a phone number.  When I called the agent brought up my history and told me that this was a recurring monthly charge for viewing videos on line.  Only problem is that I didn't know I signed up for this.  Then he said I was also being charged another $9.95 for discounts on golf courses across the US.  Of course, I did not know that I was entitled to discounts either (actually might have helped in some of my travels this summer).  He said I could cancel the charges as of today.  I said I thought they should refund back to the date of initiation since I was not aware I signed up for the service and had not utilized it.  He indicated that he was only authorized to remove the most recent charges and I should see a credit in 7 to 10 days.  I will be watching for that.  For the rest of you, don't order littel gadgets on line from this company unless you "read the fine print!"  And then watch your accounts like a hawk for these little charges so you can dispute and cancel before they take months and months worth of charges!
