Lots of promises -- little in terms of delivery. The only reason my score even increased during the period was due to me establishing credit and increasing my credit limit.

They said my deal was a "slam dunk" -- one of the easier situations they've seen. As one reported already, they took about $1,200 upfront and $99 per month for a period of 6 months.

When I showed my Mortgage Broker what they did (he referred them), he said he was professionally embarrassed and said this was completely unacceptable. This seemed to get some attention for awhile -- with more excuses as to why it wasn't going higher.

I had 5 different account reps -- yes, it seemed I had a different one every single month. Not far from the truth either. At one point, I was told to deal with a different person who had been there awhile and not the reps because they didn't really know what they were doing.

If you want a company that is a typical "mail out letters" company - go for it. They had advertised doing things much differently than other companies, but in the end, were no different.

Oh, I did ask for a refund -- instead, they agreed to keep working on my case -- which resulted in MORE letters being sent out and the same response from creditors. They refused to provide any refund -- even though acknowledging they had performed well below what they said they would do.

Of course, my case was "different" than others -- and this is "unusual" to not get better results were their typical comments.

In the end, a complete waste of time and money. I could have used this money to pay some of the debt off or use it for a better purpose. Shame on them...if I continued any longer with them, it would be shame on me.
