I'm living in a unit at The Novella managed by RMS Companies. The president or owner of the company is Randy Salvatore. I have had a few issues since I have moved in here. The rip off in my opinion is of my time, NOT money. I feel like anytime I'm dealing with anyone at RMS Companies trying to get help, they are trying to use it against me or make it seem like there is something wrong with me. I'm not going to go into specifics here but I will include pictures of my unit so that they know I'm actually a tenant. I'm speaking my piece publically and I'm moving on. I'm a perfect gentleman in this building, I mostly keep to myself. I consider myself someone that is easy to please but I have now wasted more than two weeks on a few issues with my apartment and I don't think it's fair. I'm just going to leave it at that. I think New Haven is a fine place to live, I like it here. My issue is with RMS Companies, not New Haven.

Making the best of it. Just wanted to speak my peace publically on the web so that people can heard both sides of the story. I personally spoke with Randy Salvatore from RMS Companies and others in his office and the office at The Novella and it hasn't been the best experience ever.
