CONSUMERS REWARD PROGAM LOTTERY - RN FINANCIALS SENT ME A CHECK FOR 3,900 NIAGRAR FALLS NIAGARA FALLS Ontario

I received a letter that read FINAL NOTICE we wish you fo the release of the CONSUMERS REWARD PROGRAM LOTTERY held on Sept 19, 2008 your name attached to the ticket number ........ drew the lucky number of ............ which ultimately won the lottery in the second category. The second paragraph stated that I won 39,000 and the check they sent out is to cover the taxes from the winnings it also says to keep this to myself and away from public notice until I have claimed my winnings. Theres a number at the end of the letter and it tells you thats how you claim your winning but when you call its like an answering machine that has to many messages and no more room. Thank god i looked on the web and looked into and seen all these other people with the same problem or letter just different date. My b/f on the other hand wanted me to go right to the check cashing store THANK GOD I DIDNT but I dont even know how i got this letter in the 1dt place but dont let the check fool you it looks like a real check has a water mark and all but one thing i noticed is that the bank doesnt give a address on the check and another thing the bank that it says is the NATIONAKLCITY BANK which is a well known bank. Well lets just say I could use this money and I know other ppl can to just look out and do your research.
