Road Loans False Advertising Less than perfect credit bad credit OK WRONG Huntington Beach California

Road Loans adevertises auto loans for those folks with "less than perfect/bad credit". I indeed have had my problems with credit, so I seen their advertisement and I applied for a automotive loan.

I was hastily turned down based on my credit, I tried to contact them asking them what is their definition of less than and bad credit, they refused to answer me. I also sent them an e mail and got no response. This practice of advertising loans for the folks with credit problems has to stop. If they are going to offer loans and special financing, they have to show in their advertisements what their criteria is.

I am hitting them from 3 sides, I am reporting them here, I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and I also have filed a complaint with the FTC for false advertising. I am glad I did not get their financing, because when I was at the BBB web, lots of very bad complaints and extremely bad business practices. If we all can go after these idiots, we might have a level playing field.
