On December 13th, 2017 I traveled from Bridgewater, NJ for over three hours in pursuit of the 2012 Acura TSX vehicle they currently have in their lot. I worked with Justin and advised I am traveling due to the fact that the vehicle is marketed through my employer's perk program called, "Chubb Perks" With that said we receive the total true price of the vehicle and your online marketing representative will then contact us per the vehicle.

I was in contact with Justin and advised I would travel and would pay with a check from my lender I decided I would pursue financing through your dealership considering the fact the bank wasn't going ot be open late enough to receive the check on time. I told Justin on the phone it will happen another day if not on the 13th I was adamant about securing financing on that date because the insurance company would no longer pay for my rental as of the next day. He advise he could secure it and when I arrive at 7:45 pm he says sign a credit authorization form where I asked him again for the second time did you not send my information to the bank? You didn't secure financing? He said that he had and he just needed it signed. He called me mid-drive and said he had secured it. I was then greeted by Frank who advised what my payment would be around considering my credit score and then he said it's too late we weren't able to get a response from the bank yet. At this point I am waiting to see what will be done Justin hands me the contract that had to be revised due to the include services which do not honor the true price provide via Chubb Perks and I signed them and agreed to put a deposit down of $1000.

Justin processed a payment of $500 because my debit card has a restricted limit of use per day which is $1000. He couldnt take $100 he took $500 the Sales manager Dave then comes over and says you cannot drive off with the vehicle tonight at this point I am upset I signed all the paperwork, provided monies and I am left empty handed after travel for 3 1/2 hours. The sale should have been easy. I then learned the vehicle has damage on the trunk which wasn't disclosed to me by Justin when I asked if the car had any issues. Before leaving I stated I am not coming back and refuse to pay for delivery of the vehicle. Dave and Justine were advised of this.

Dave called me after I request a refund of $500 in an email to Justin because he said I couldn't get my deposit refunded per contract. He had an attitude and did not care about my experience as a customer. He created excuses that do not concern me. I do not want to do business with this dealership and I expect a refund of $500 because by law in Connecticut I have three days to to cancel a contract.

It's now been three weeks and I have yet to receive my refund!
