I received an unauthorized charge of 24.99 to my credit card on September 9, 2010.

Called the number provided on my Amex bill.

Rep was very nice and sympathetic, evidently they receive these calls frequently.
Roadrunnersports.com regularly posts promotions for online orders for things like "save 10% by signing up for our club"

Problem is, they auto-renew this club without EVER telling the consumer. No email, no letter in the mail, just an auto-renewal.

I confirm that I did purchase from them.

But I did not realize that there was an auto-renewal that would be applied to my credit card without notification.

Good products, good service, deceptive and poor online strategy. I will not purchase from them again.
