Roadside Pal RIPOFF charged me for a roadside service I did not subscribe to Nanuet New York

On August 24th I received an e-mail stating "Congratulations on your 1 week free trial subscription to Roadside Pal.com Your membership is now active and available to you 24 Hours a Day / 7 Days a Week. If you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us at roadside@goautoloanusa.com"

Well I e-mailed back immediatly to cancel I never ever received any reply as to my confirmation of cancel. I called numerous phone numbers to talk to some one and I could not get thru to the main office of this company, all other numbers were to disburse tow trucks. I finally got a number ..the one listed here... but everytime I called it was busy ALL DAY!! until after 5 pm when the office was closed I got an answering service telling me to call back during hours. Then I noticed a charge on my checking account for $21.95 it was for their service. I kept calling until I finally got thru days later and told them to refund my money. I told them that I e-mailed numerous times and the lady told me thatshe had my e-mails saying I cancelled, but she told me I diodnt cancel on time so they were not going to refund my money. I told them this was for a service I did not ask for, I do not know how they got my account information to even charge my checking account. I asked her the date on my e-mail and all she told me was it was after the 7 day trial which it wasent. THIS IS A COMPLETE RIPOFF! I had to close my bank account to stop the monthly charges.
