I work as a real estate broker in the West LA area. After I was hard sold by one of their reps, I turned over one of my short sale listing for their attorney to process. What a nightmare!!!! They were very slow in calling me with information I needed. As a result, I had to deal with an irate client. They low balled the lender, even after I informed them that the lender would not go under a certain dollar amount. I was told that their attorney was a expert negotiator. 4 months later, they gave me back the paperwork, which was not easy in itself, and the owner ended up taking the listing away frome me. Do not allow this company to sell you. It's all lies.
