Stay far away from the jerks. I am a realtor and I trusted them with negotiating one of my short sale listings. When I asked them for a realtor that I could call for a reference, some loser named Morris told me they only had person to refer me to (and "apparently" they purchased close to 100 properties in 2011). They sent me "proof" of their purchases, but they blacked out the pertinent information. Long story short, they tied up my listing for 3 months and never did anything. As a result, the owner of the property is now upset with me. Every time I called them, they would put me on hold for up to 10 minutes!!! And many times, the call would be disconnected.
