Royal Crest estates is a rambling crumbling rental property in Nashua NH. Stay Away from them. The fees are outrageous. You will NOT get your deposit back no matter how pristine you leave your apt. The leases proces go up like clock work as the infrastructrue crumbles around you. The 'gated community' claim is bogus. The security gates are no longer in us -- except on Saturdays when perspective renters are vistiting. heat and hot water utilities are shared by building so you ahve no control over consumption or cost. The hallways abosulutely stink. Trash is left in a basement room adjacent to the over priced often defunct washers and dryers. The smeel of garabage and swill is pervasive. The only way to pay your utility bills is through another rip off called 'Con Serve' That charges you ~$5.00 -- to pay your bills.
And then another $25.00 admin fee to stop paying bills through them.
Total ripp off stay away!!!!!
