I have been an affiliate of Rob Keller MD for 2 years. They have a mediocre supplement to increase glutathione. I only signed up as an affiliate to refer people who cannot afford the much more effective (and slightly more expensive) supplements I recommend for raising glutathione.

In fact, because they have a mediocre product, I never bought their product on a regular basis. I only bought it every so often to get my commissions that had accumulated every few months. Since I did not refer too many people my commissions were never huge however, the little amounts did add up over time. (In about two years my total for my two affiliate to about $1,500 for my two affiliate links in two years time.)

Even though they call themselves an affiliate company, they require affiliates to maintain an autoship to get paid. I am an affiliate of several other companies and NOT ONE requires I maintain an autoship to get paid. That is a requirement of MLM companies.

This did not bother me too much as when my commissions got to a couple hundred dollars or so, I would place an order and stay on autoship for about 2 months to get my commissions that had accumulated.

Recently, I was contacted by Angela Kirchenbaum (wife of the co-ceo) that I had some commissions due to me and needed to place an autoship. The amount she gave me and the amount I had were two different amounts. Hers was less than $40 and mine was closer to $150 + $90 for a 2nd account for a total of a little above $240.

I told her I had no problem placing an order however, I wanted to make sure we were on same page regarding amounts of commission. She then replied saying I had forfeited all the commissions except for for about $35 worth for not maintaining an autoship. And if I wanted those $35 I had to place an order for one of their substandard products that would cost me about $45 dollars after shipping.

I did not understand as in the past I always got paid for what had accumulated once I got back on autoship. She replied saying "per paragraph 4 of affiliate agreement" . Well if that is the case, why hadn't paragraph 4 been enforced the previous two years? Or was paragraph 4 recently amended to allow for people losing commissions forever and the company pocketing them? I do not know as they never let me know they changed it or were going to now actually enforce paragraph 4.

I asked to speak with Robert Harrison, the greedy CEO of RobKellerMD, fond of taking other companies to court to steal their exclusive rights to products. I called his direct line as he gave it to me, along with his cellphone # when he was trying to convince me to promote their product and not the better quality one on my website. Anyways, he ignored my calls and emails and simply told the wife of his co-ceo to tell me that there was nothing he could do and I lost my commissions.

Nothing he could do? So did the commissions just disappear into thin air?

So as it stands now, RobKellerMD requires one to order at least one bottle per month (autoship) or FORFEIT commissions as MLM companies do. However, unlike MLM companies that pay on mulitple levels, RobKellerMD only pays on two levels. How is that fair or even right?

It would have been nice to get an email from RobKellerMD telling me something to the effect of "we will now begin to enforce our so-called paragraph 4 of affiliate agreement and you will forfeit and forever lose commissions UNLESS you maintain an autoship of at least one bottle per month just like all the other mlm's do."

But they never told me anything. They simply refused to pay my commissions once I asked for them after they had accumulated to almost $250.

Even after the fact, Robert Harrison could have been a nice grateful guy as after all, I did earn those commissions and said, "I am going to make an exception this one time since we never enforced this before, blah, blah, blah." But he didn't, he didn't even have the integrity to tell me himself.

So buyer beware. From the two years I have been an affiliate here is what I have learned of RobKellerMD: They produce a mediocre product, they have an unethical social media person who does some black hat SEO, they took a reputable solid company to court to steal their exclusive rights and got away with it due to fine print on contract, their CEO will put you on his blacklist once you call him out for unethical behavior, and refuse to pay affiliates due to fine print on agreement they suddenly begin to enforce with no warning.
