I ordered the Skinny Switch Secret diet plan on-line. There is a 30 day full money back guarantee. I emailed and called the company approx 45 days after I signed up.  I didn't expect to get my money back, I just didn't want to be charged anymore. I did not get a response back to my cancellation email.

When I called the company and was told it was too late to cancel. The rep stated that I agreed to the terms and conditions when I signed up and I agreed to a one year contract.  I asked her where that was and she said it was available when I signed up, but would not tell me where I could find it on the site at the present time.

I have tried many diets, and this is the most confusing diet I have ever been on. I know a lot about dieting and if I can't figure it out, it is difficult. Not only is this diet terrible, but I didn't get a refund. I am out $154.68 because they continued to take out $38.67 a month for the full 4 installments. Rob Nevins acts very nice on his infomercial, but I think the company is very dishonest!
