Rob Nilsen of Sircle Media and Dave Ross of Pro leads are incompetent idiots. After buying internet opt in leads for people looking to save money on credit card processing, they delivered me telemarketed leads of people looking to receive information on a FREE REPORT for a durbin act.

We paid a high premium, and was assured that these leads were real time internet opt in leads. Well they weren't. This was a whole scam.

 My partner and I confronted them, and their fix was to get more leads, or statements, but they couldn't even deliver on that. They are not competent to know what an actual lead is.

Rob Nilsen of Sircle Media, contracted Dave Ross of Pro Leads LLC to get the leads. They sold us junk leads, which were not even real time opt ins. Prospects did not express any interest in speaking to someone of saving their money online.

These people should not be doing "actual business". They are complete liars, and will not take responsibility. My partner and I had to go through 2 months of wasteful hours to try to get our monies worth.

 Dave Ross, has been playing a game that indeed it was not his fault for getting such bad leads, but his supplier lied to him. Infact after months I was able to finally speak to his provider and he informed me that he was in fact selling whitepaper leads ( people looking for email information on a durbin act. ) 

This is not what we purchased, and I requested  a refund. Rob Nilsen or Dave Ross do not know responsibility. They bought these leads, try to pass them off as internet opt in leads and it didn't work. 

They are either very dumb or scam artists. Either way be careful working with any of these companies or individuals..

 Towards the end Rob Nilsen which presented the order through Sircle.me , turned around and said he was only working this deal through All Media..Which is funny because his email signatures, logos, paperwork, have him as the chief financial officer. 

I spoke to the owner of Sircle Media, and said Rob doesn't even really work for him he just runs deals evey once in a while. If it is once and a while, why would Rob Nilsen have himself as chief financial officer of Sircle on all of his email signatures?

Again Rob doesn't understand business, is an idiot to talk to on the phone, and will not take responsibility for the work he farmed out. As you all know, just because you hired another company to sub contract the work out to Rob Nilsen, is the person I paid, and is responsible for anything that happens. 

So..They scammed us. They sold us inferior leads, and refuse to give my money back.  I am now going to sue them.  

oh yeah remember Rob doesn't work for Sircle?? Funny I find a Press Release stating All Media was bought out by Sircle.

if you dont call the leads and work them how do you know if they are interested or not see you did not answer that part ....a major part......AND TO DATE NO REPORT ON THE 70 LEADS GIVEN AND 4 STATEMENTS AND ANOTHER  BATCH OF LEADS


Blindbid had no idea wht i was charging so there you are wrong and it was done so you have a exclusive lead research and see how much exclusive seo or telemarketing or email opt in leads are some are $75 so $50 was a average price for the type of lead.


EMAIL OPT IN-The merchant agreed to an email and also someone from the client f/u to give them a quote again...BLINDBID SELLS 100'S OF THESE MONTHLY AND THEY CONVERT.... how do you know how the lead is if you dont call it i did and gave you a report.....YOU DID NOT.......SO THATS ON YOU AND YOUR CLIENT CASE CLOSED .........FELLAS

As Dave Ross writes

"We explained the price was $50 for an exclusive lead and that the lead was double verified email lead IT STATES CLEARLY ON THE CONTRACT"

No actually they were supposed to be real time interent opt in leads.. but even as you say double verified email, YOU SOLD US TELEMARKETED LEADS FOR A DURBIN REPORT.

I spoke to Dave Ross's vendor and he was shocked to hear how much he was charging per lead, because these were in fact whitepaper leads, or people looking for more info on the durbin report.

Next

Dave Ross:

They gave us 20 additional leads that were the same. Same junk.  

Lastly: As far as my client not calling these leads. My client bought leads for people looking to save money on Credit card processing, not people interested in how the durbin act can help them. 

At a premium $50 per lead. Dave, Rob, Blake, and I knew what was expected. In fact on a conference call with all of us Dave Ross admitted these were junk leads and was trying to fix it.  He never did, and when enough time has passed we asked for a refund, but he said after all of his work calling the junk leads to strum up some business.

You can't polish a turd, and it is not my responsibility nor my clients at such a high price point.  

He fixed nothing.  My client stopped calling on these supposed leads was they were junk, as admitted by Dave.

 This is not what my client paid for, and had stopped wasting his time speaking to people that did not want to talk, or were promised a durbin report. 

Dave Ross is deceitful and is now threatening me with harsh language. Any professional knows not to do this. 

Beware of working with this guy.. He does not know what he is talking about.

This is Dave Ross owner of Pro leads and i wanted to set the record straight on my participation in this campaign. We started this campaign in late nov 2012 Rob Nielsen of circle media called and asked for some test leads, to get to a client that spends a lot on, cc processing leads. tHE CLIENT IS bLAKE AND ADAM tYLER AT mobilevisionmarketing.com,

Pro leads sent 5 test leads ,which the client called verified and told rob he liked, NEVER ONCE COMPLAINING and said  please send 50 more. We explained the price was $50 for an exclusive lead and that the lead was double verified email lead IT STATES CLEARLY ON THE CONTRACT

When the first complaint came to me thru rob i immediately called the source of the leads and he gave 20 additional leads and to date we have delivered 4 statements valued at $150 each and an additional source with 8 merchants looking for the service.

Dave Ross who  took a lot of additional steps to rectify and answer any questions about the leads that their reps should have been doing, which to date we have no report , from the client on the leads provided and we are almost 90 days after the fact, I WOULD SAY not good  management for Blake and adam tyler the brokers for the client here.

 For example, dave ross  created a spread sheet and highlighted all of the people that wanted a call back  his staff called all the leads back as ADAM TYLER stated 1 week into the campaign that his Client stopped calling the leads .....WE HAVE NEVER HAD A CLIENT TELL US THAT ..


Additionally, received approval for optimizing the script for the verification process of people that filled out information online at some point in order for them to be called andsee if they were still interested in either switching or lowering theirrates to ensure that your client is happy and to show that we want to work with them and even gave the option to do a live transfer to their reps which they never took advantage of.

Prior to this, Dave called all of the leads (50) and gave extras and highlighted which ones were good for the reps to call back on and also offered to do live transfers of these leads to your client which was rejected.

 I am sorry that your client has been unhappy.  But if you dont call the leads how can you expect to convert  leads i suggest mobile Vision Marketing learn negotiating skills better I looked back at the contract to ensure what had been promised and it was e-mail opt in double verified leads.
