Robbie Faggart Bad Landlord doesn't care about renters Concord North Carolina

I have been renting from Robbie Faggart for almost 5 years. I have always paid my rent may be a little late but it was there every month. Trying to get him to fix anything in the place is worse than getting mugged. My son's bedroom window has not locked since the day we moved in. It took them three years just to paint over black mold that is still growing in my bathroom closet.

Since we have moved in he has systematically gotten rid of the renters that have been paying his old rental prices. He is now charging almost 200 more for all his rentals and if are not paying it he does what ever he can to evict the person.

On March 25th 2015 he had a worker come over to my place to look at replacing my master bathroom tub. The worker claimed that my 14 year old terrier mix bit him and that is what Robbie has used to evict my wife, two kids and myself. When I went to court for this procedure I had brought up that I did not think he was bitten, but since the Faggart name is so well known the judge didn't give a care about what I had said.

Now to make it worse as I an now trying to find a place he has been telling lies to other places I have been looking for to move into. That has caused me to get turned down for every place. He is not a good man and he doesn't care about people all he cares about is how bad he can screw someone.
