NOTICE!

Be aware that these Two individuals, who have perpetrated a "breach of contract", twice, and have a business practice with us of not returning closing deposits paid them, "for deals they do not close", have opened under another business umbrella. This company is also advertising their funding ability. The company is :

CASH FLOW ACQUISTIONS, LLC., located at 51 E. 42nd Street, New York City.

While we have had no dealings with this company, the other business name used by Haggerty and Angona ie; MJG Merchant Capital Group, 317 Madison Ave. Ste 1104, New York City is currently being sued by our firm on behalf of a client who suffered their business practice.

They were paid a $5000 deposit toward closing some Eight (8) months ago. They cashed that check in December 08. They have NOT funded or closed, and after multiple requests for return of deposit by our company, the CEO of the client company, and our counsel in NY, they still have not returned the un-earned deposit. They have effectively STOLEN the money. Legal action was filed against MJG and Haggerty and Angona personally in NY last week.

We strongly recommend you do NOT due business with any company operated by these Two people.
