ROBERT ANNENBERG FIRST WALL STREET ANNENBERG CONVICTED FELON STILL SCAMMING Internet

Robert Annenberg has a history of crime and was convicted on felony crimes in the late 90's in Real Estate. He is back at it again on the west cost of Florida. He sold me two lots in Sebring, Florida with a promise to build two homes. It was all smoke and mirrors and never built a thing. He the went to Wachovia Bank and even though I had a contract in writing that said that he could not sell, transfer or assign these lots with out my permission in writing he did it anyway. Annenberg even scammed Wachovia Bank or knew someone inside the bank to get these lots to appraise for crazy money then he refinanced dozens of lots and left town with hundreds of thousands of dollars. This guy is a pro/great liar and I have tried to settle this with this scum bag several times. He does nothing but lie after lie. I invested over 40k and he is now over in the Ft Meyers area selling scams again. I have the Attorney Generals office doing a full investigation on this scum bag. If you are giving any thought of doing business with this guy you will get burnt. Check out his credit he has very little and he is trying to build it up again HE ALREADY WENT BANKRUPT ONCE. He will scam you just like me and many others. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAM ARTIST.
