This attorney forgot to work on my personal injury case, as he had a job at 702 Traffic. The Statute of Limitations was about to run and the defendant's insurance company informed me they had never even heard from Bettinger. His failure to settle my case or even work on it at all cost me thousands of dollars out of my settlement, as I had to hire someone else to settle the claim at increased costs, because a complaint had to be filed. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
