Robert Bob Hansen will yell at you if you tell him that your PC which you paid him to repair is not working right. Robert scams off of Craigslist/pueblo, CO. He is overly friendly until you pay him for PC repair services not rendered, then he turns into a demon. He reeks of ciggerette smoke, and in the 60 seconds it takes to drop off your PC at his home you will smell just like him. He lives with his mom and pa and doen't mind putting their lives in jepordy when he rips-off people by providing half-baked PC services. I politly called him to ask how to get my PC to work again after he worked on my PC and he yelled at me telling me telling me that he was too busy to talk to or help me. In a town where violence is high, he forgets that his customers know where he lives and someone (not me) will too easily get revenge on him and or those living with him. Three weeks later after having Robert Bob Hansen work on my PC, I still can't get t to work. I'll have to pay someone to fix what he broke. Needless to say, AVOID THIS NITWIT FROM HELL!!!

Wow Jerry, you sure are a joke of a guy. You make up lies, you threaten me and my family. Well, your dishonest opinion will not affect me nor my business in any way, I can assure you of that buddy. I offer the most quality and solid computer services in town, and I have the lowest rates :-) You cause not even an ounce of fear in me, nor in my family. And you are not strong enough nor important or even smart enough to attempt to hurt me, my business, nor my family. I offered you simple instructions to fix the problem, which you have evidently failed to follow. Maybe you just aren't capable of following simple directions Jerry.
If services supposedly weren't rendered, why would you pay? This does not seem logical. Jerry, you are the first disgruntled customer I've had in 10 years working as Owner & IT Technician for my company, and I assure youll be the last and only :-)
Nobody is in jeopardy here, buddy old pal, this includes me and my family. And by bringing them into this, you are treading on dangerous grounds... Your threats and slander against me have been saved for my records. If you aren't satisfied, come on by to my house & we can settle this personally. You know where I live Jerry.
