Robert Butler called being rude, hateful and just being an a*s. Internet

My fiancee received a call from the (707) number which he did not answer.
The guy leaves a message (heavy foreign accent) saying his name is Robert Butler and he is trying to reach my attorney.
That if this was not my attorney, then I needed to call them back , other wise he felt sorry for me, and wished me good luck as the situation unfolds upon me.
I called the number back, talked to some lady, again heavy foreign accent, telling me I was being sued for a pay day loan I never paid back ( I never received one).
So my fiancee was on the other line listening to what was said, she wouldn't let me get a word in edge wise, when my fiancee proceeded to tell them I never received a loan, she tells him to shut up, then hangs up.
I called back three times after that, she would pick up, hang up, on the 4th time she picked up, proceeded to tell me since I was a smart @$$, That a sheriff would be at my home at 11:00am today with documents served on me in regards to this matter, she also mentioned something about coming to my job, when i proceeded to tell her they could not do that, she said ,Do Not Quote the law to me, and hung up.
I just want the calls to.stop, and now.i am concerned with my checking accounts etc being depleted.
