The District Court granted the Government’s motion for summary judgment, concluding that I failed to show that I suffered adverse actions as required to bring a claim under those employment discrimination laws. Bob, Lauren, Char, and Molly failed to show an adverse action.  This all white firm does not get it.  My message to you is..dont bother…
