Robert Cantu, R&C San Antonio Renovations Robert Cantu, R&C Renovations Took a deposit of 3,375 to renovate a bathroom, started demolition on 11-17-2017, worked 3 days, failed to return, Ive exchanged several emails, he won't return my calls or my house key, it's 1-20-2018, Ive decided to sue for breach of contract, damages, and loss of use. I received an e-mail, with the details of his company, R & C renovations. I just bought a house, bathroom needed to be redone. I reached out to several contractors, two showed up, he was one, the other one showed up but  never gave me an estimate. He was courteous and kind and knowledgeable. He wrote a contract, I gave him the deposit said the project would take 10 days. Two months ltr, my house is destroyed, I can't reach him, he won't return my calls, text messages,  so I sent emails.  Some of those he returned, how ever days later, he seemed honest and sincere at first, but after a month of excuses and not seeing him I knew he had ripped me off. He is a liar and a thief. He is quite good at it.

I'm in the process of filing a law suit against him.

Don't let him con you. If he has you should sue as well.
