A subpoena has been issued to Xcentric Ventures, LLC, who is believed to be the manager of the website found at Rippoffreport.com. The Subpoena seeks to compel information no later than January 4, 2011, leading to the discovery of the true identity of the individuals responsible for publication of the false and defamatory statements posted on this website.

Robert is a con man and has a long history of mistreating
others, does not paying debts and does not honor his commitments. Robert is a
common name so please make sure you do your homework before aligning any of
your interests with this individual. The following info is based on a pattern
of mistreatement by Mr. aggregated from a number of scenarios involving Robert.
This post is an attempt to prevent any future mistreatment of others by Mr.
Alpert. He preys on inexperienced business owners and presents himself as a
business and financial expert. The "story" is usually the same and the
cast of supporting characters is eerily similar. The names Leslie and Bill have
come up a number of times in Robert dealings. These people speak to his
credibiilty which is the start of a seemingly prolific and friendly
relationship between Mr. and his prey. They paint a picture of an honest
powerful man who is driven to help others as a way of giving back. Beware! this
is far from the truth. He is a cheap man that does not play fairly and does not
pay his bills. Mr. is known to tell stories of his private wealth and
accomplishments.  Talks about his
relationships with the likes of Andre and Tony. He is very litigious and has
been involved in over 50 lawsuites in the past 15 years inlcuding no less than
3 active lawsuits. His entity names often include the names of his children.
Please be careful when dealing with Mr. as he gains your confidence and has an
insidious mode of operation and a history of stiffing his vendors and attorneys
to boot. This should provide enough information in advance to make the connection
if you come in contact with this CON MAN. It is highly recommended to steer
clear of any business dealing with Robert or any company.
