Robert D Moore & Susan K. Moore Inflated money due in front of a judge without my knowledge Rockford Illinois

ROCKFORD BEWARE!! These 2 are a power couple and seasoned vets in the Rip off arena with their tenants. I really wish someone with a little power in the courts would look into these 2 and the bread crumb trail of lawsuits lies and victims they have out there from over the years. I moved and yes I owed them money for the current month I moved out of their property in but it was only in the amount of 750.00 and they were still holding onto my deposit. I even let them know I could no longer afford to live in their house and that is only half the reason.. the water bill every other month was well over 400.00 and Robert refused to allow me to put the water bill in my own name and also refused to allow me to view the original bill that he was having sent to his own home. He only mailed me copies of the front portion. Nothing ever added up about these 2. They never wanted to fix anything. The house was infested with mice and almost every kind of bug you can think of. The walls were seperating. Nicor stated they were under code with the pipes and meter that was severely outdated and in a part of the basement that was almost inaccessible. The black mold growing in the walls caused my 6 year old to develop asthma. I was on hard times and needed to move quickly and so I did and my lease had been up for well over 2 years. I was only suppose to owe them for the month I moved out in which was 750.00 and basic wear and tear and let me just add that I'm extremely clean and actually put my own money into repairing some things in that house because they refused to.

3 months later I'm getting a call from my bank stating Susan filed a motion to have the courts freeze well over 3,000.00 in my account. ALL the money I had to support myself and kids in a new state where I'm not even employed yet.. I was never served papers as it clearly states on any motion of the courts. "Opposing party is to receive a copy" and I was never even allowed a chance to speak on my own behalf! I'm confused as to why the court actually fell for their lies! There were no papers served!! Robert and Susan never even gave me a chance to make payment arrangements. They refused to answer my calls. If you look them up on the courts case web page they are seasoned and know real well how to navigate the court system. I really wish Illinois would put tighter laws around creeps like this. I think I failed to mention that they never clean their properties prior to new tenants moving in so that way anything "damaged" from the previous tenant could be thrown onto the new tenants and so on. its unfortunate that I lost my rent and deposit receipts in my move I know for a fact along with the pictures that I have that I'd have a legitimate case against them.
