I was contacted by a Mr. Robert Davis who said that he was with the Bureau of Crime. He said that he needed myself or my lawyer to contact him immediately about a legal matter and that if he didn't hear back from either one of us soon he would only be able to wish me good luck and to have a great day. When I contacted him back he said that a payday loan company (USC payday loan) have sent my case file over to his office and said that I owe 300.00 but that if I did not make some sort of arrangements or something that the very next day they were going to file with the courts in my state and sue me for 5000.00.

I told him that I was very ill and he said that he could hear that from our conversation and I informed him I was due in for surgery and that if I did make any sort of arrangements it would have to be after the 15th of June, so he said that he would put my case file on hold and to the side until June 15th and that if on the 15th if I was still unable to make any arrangements to call him back and let him know and he would work with me from there. I do know that I did take out a payday loan but I do not trust sending my money to this foreign speaking man because I believe it to be fraud. The number he gave me was 817-710-3763 and when you call it its just him and he says that he's sorry he missed your call and gives his name and that he is with the BCI but I know that legit creditors play a company message and not just one person and it just sounded phony.

I have dealt with this person many times, he won't let up and gives different generic names each call. Threatens to drag me out of work kicking and screaming and drag me to jail etc. Google the phone number and you will find many reports on it.

He also requested the number of my attorney, I gave him the state attorney generals number.
