Robert Farrell's ploy is very simple. He routinely posts on craigslist.com and other similar boards offering his services for computer classes and web development in New York City (http://adobetrainingclasses.com). Once contacted he will boast about his expertise and inquire about your skill level or the project you need work done on. For those inquiring about classes (all held in his residence) he will quote you an amount and tell you that it is significantly cheaper and better than the competition - because after all he is an expert! For web development he will discount his normal fee if the entire amount is paid immediately - through paypall or google checkout. This is where our stories begin.
I am Eddie R. I am one of the victims. Robert Farrell continues to attack me through all the means that he has available. This website was started as a way to defend myself, to set the record straight, and an attempt to recoup my money. Others have contacted and shared their experiences with me.
I have been completely professional, ethical and civil in all my dealings with Robert Farrell. I was his client - and this website will detail how I have been treated. Robert Farrell has resorted to posting slanderous and derogatory information online about me and my business because I took him to small claims court. He lost the case, and the onslaught of threats and harassment began. Please email Robert Farrell with your thoughts after exploring this site! This is Robert Farrell of NYC, Manhattan and Adobetrainingclasses.com - Sorry for the typos in my previous rebuttal. Once again I would like to state that any negative info said about me on THIS WEBSITE is NOT TRUE and just an ugly misguided attack on my services and self... If ANY of it were true you would see many, many complaints against me here and or on the web and yet you see only one. And to use words like SCAM! FRAUD!, CYBER CRIME, HARASSMENT these words are very hurtful and damaging and totally OVER THE TOP.
Unfortunately these VERY UGLY words are now searchable via google and very live her forever unless i am willing to pay a minimum of $2000 to attempt to have them removed. So lets exam HOW HONEST this website is... ANYONE can post trash and untrue statements about someone else. FACTS or integrity are NOT checked on this website you are currently reading and misleading and untrue statements can NOT be removed. (not unless you are willing to pay a minimum of $2000 to this website)
So before you accuse anyone or take this website as the "gospel" use a little common sense and logic. First of all... lets use some common sense here... anyway can claim and file what they wish on this website. and it lives her forever. There is not fact based info required to file a report and it can cause serious damage to a business. I am Robert Farrell - I have been in the software training business since 1987 - 24 years. I have a client list a mile long.
If any of this info on this website were true you would see many, many complaints about me and my services...and quite frankly i would NO LONGER be in business. So before you make assumptions or read this website as THE BIBLE... use your head and commons sense. If you have any doubt about my services and intedgrety please request to contact ANY of my students or corporate training clients. They will provide you the real info about me. Dont take the word of one individual who tried to use misguided hate to attack me. And if in fact this person did have issues with me using words like scam, cyber crime and fraud is far beyoung the pale of human decency.
