Robert Farwell Edward Jones wasted my time and ripped me off. mesa Arizona

Mr Farwell ripped me off. He pitched his services over and over and bragged about his background in the boy scouts and in the military to get me  to trust him and then he ripped me off.

He got me to transfer my money from my 401k to him instead of vanguard because he was going to actively manage my account He told me vanguard would just put my money in a mutual fund and then never do anything with it. that they would forget about me. so i went with Robert and then he put me in some mutual funds and charged me 5% upfront so i immediately lost 5% of my investment. 5 PERCENT!!! I could have got the same investment at vanguard for free, FREE. Then he stopped taking my calls once i no longer  had any money for him to make commissions on. Working with him was a horrible mistake. if i had gone with vanguard my account would be 5% larger and they do all the things mr. farwell said he would do, but didn't. he's a jerk. he just tries to look smart and talk big until he gets his commission. and then after he made his commission on me he gave my account to another associate in his office. what a jerk. he looks like a retarded lunatic. I never should have trusted him and neither should you.

What's worse is he never even served in the military. he's a phoney. take your business and retirement elsewhere if you're smart.
