Robert French Attorney Legal Fee Ripoff and Bludgeoning Us in the Courts for more Fees Truckee, California

Be aware that Mr. French recently had someone write a very syrupy favorable Yelp report. Not only is it totally incorrect but it is a total fabrication.

There are too many adjectives used by this reviewer in their report to critique. However, a few are so incredible that they cannot be left alone as some sort of factoid of reality. 

Mr. French is a sociopath, an ego maniac and a complete narcissist, there is no way he could be remotely compassionate. He was told by a retired judge and another attorney at the Placer County Bar Association that he had made a fundamental legal mistake on our real estate encroachment claim. He could never grasp the idea or concept that he was wrong, I have never seen another human being act like this when confronted by their professional peers and superiors. 

Mr. French 'resolved' my legal issue. We had to resolve our own legal issue and except an award that was a less than 10% of what we requested. Not only did Mr. French fleece us for $51,000, a lot of money in anyone's life but he is now trying to get another $13,000 by using the courts to bludgeon us. Mr. French billed us for an additional 30 plus hours of work that should have taken about an hour, unbelievable. 

His meeting were always long and unnecessary, so he could maximize his billings. We spent 20 hours going over a deposition that lasted 15 minutes, possible the shortest on record. A video conferencing, is that really necessary, for what kind of appeals board, does overkill ring a bell!

Mr. French is incapable of doing what other lawyers do routinely, review their law books, he truly thinks he knows it all. 

I would not recommend Mr. French to my worst enemy for legal work, it would be too sadistic a  thing to do to another human being.
