They use the same strategy for each prospective victim. I filled out a survey online and later a representative contacted me to qualify me for the program. The first person I spoke with was a screener, who asked general, goal-oriented questions that qualified me for further questions about my motivation, work-ethic, and available finances. Then I was transferred to a salesman. The salesman further questioned about my available finances and credit line asking me if I could invest $10,000. Thinking this was an investment in real estate I said that I could. When I realized that he was referring to their program I stated that I thought that he was speaking of an investment in real estate at which he persuasively convinced me that an investment in this program was a far better investment than in a single piece of real estate. At this point they began to put together a program personalized for me and attempted to get me to commit. It had to be right then this offer would not stand. I was very reluctant but also deeply desired to be financially independent and knew that the proper investment in real estate could get me there. I reluctantly agreed to about $9,000 for 10 coaching session and a guarantee that I would double the money within the first year with the encouragement that I would most definitely do much better than that. I ended up paying $9,285. I put a lot of time and energy into this program but the coaching was far form adequate to lead in a real estate investment. I have seen now that other people were given the same program for around $6,000 and some for as little as $3000. What a sucker I was. I still owe about $9,000 on my credit cards from this transaction and this was over a year ago. I have had no success from this program. I have met and spoke with people who have had success with this program, however, I know that they could have done the same thing with a nominal investment in some books about real estate investing. Because when it comes down to the investing it's all about what you know not what a coach (that can't even see the properties or know what the market is like in your area) can tell you. Because he can't lead you in anything he is to far away and too hard to reach. The coaching was simply teaching by telephone for a half hour what I could have read in the books that were supplied. I figure I paid about $1600 an hour for coaching. I tried to get my money back but as is the story with others who were scammed, I didn't get a penny back. Scott North Andover, Massachusetts
