 Had you kept to JUST the facts you would have been ok. But YOU had to include NON RELEVANT information such as a case that has ZERO bearing on YOUR situation. By doing THAT on a media outlet YOU have given this person the ammo they need to NOW dismiss the amount that THEY owed you!!!By DEFAMING that person THEY can NOW claim that YOUR POST because it contained NON RELEVANT and PERSONAL information OUTSIDE of the scope of YOUR situation, now requires that ANY amount that THEY may owe you is NOW forfiet. That is a MAJOR problem with using the web to get your message out. YOU are under the very same laws that EVERY printed publication MUST follow. Since this is a CONSUMER PROTECTION site its going to have a larger viewing base then say YOUR personal blog, or YOUR facebook page. Because of that YOU MUST watch what YOU post or you place yourself in danger of a reatlitory lawsuit. YOU DO NOT have the right to diseminate another citizens personal information, even if it has a similar root to your current situation. Im NOT saying dont get your word out to warn about this person. I AM saying watch what you post or it WILL come back on you. Especially if this person is as shady as YOU claim.
