Robert Griffin Would not refund for service not used. Austin Texas

My son is in jail and i went to set up an account online so that I could talk to him over the phone. 

I typed in ICSolutions and it came up as the first entry in my search.  I clicked on it and signed up to pay for calls for the first 6 months.  Little did I know until a few hours later that this is not the website.  It took me to a place instead called PrisonCallSolutions.com where it should have been ICSolutions.com. 

I found their phone number and argued with the guy for about 10 minutes.  The phone call didn't sound like it went to a legitimate business.  I could hear children running around in the background yelling and screaming.

Anyway, the guy said that they could not issue a refund since the service was already provided. I told him that no service has been provided yet since we haven't done anything with it. 

I asked to talk to a manager and he said that he is the only one that I could talk to.  We went around in circles but I could not get anywhere with him! I'm so frustrated!  I spent about 95.00 for nothing!
