Robert Half Technology Staffing Chop Shop Ripoff Phoenix Arizona

Burnt by Robert Half Tech, its a chop shop. I was looking for a new position and they offered me exactly what I was looking for. Halfway through my first day on the job, I was contacted by my chop shop representative and was told that the manager didn't want me at that job anymore because there was a personality dispute and I smelled of cigarette smoke. Well, about the personality dispute, they interviewed me twice before I started. I did my job as instructed and I have never had a disappointed manager in the past, most say they don't even notice me because I just do my work and go home.

What really chaps me is the smoking thing. I could have chosen not to smoke there, or not to take the job in the first place had they let me know of this ahead of time, but my chop shop representative couldn't look past his own wallet. Have spoken with a lawyer and apparently here in Arizona, it's OK to do this.
