I responded to their ad for home envelope stuffers mailed a personal check for $25.00 but have yet to receive any materials. I don't think this is a real job offer. I would like to get my money back since it has already been deducted from my personal checking account.

To all of you out there that have been ripped off by this company, I apologize for the actions of some that has caused so much pain.
Last September (2004) this trial ended resulting in an arrest and conviction of the mastermind individual, Mr. Allen, behind this envelope stuffing scam. He has been sentenced to several years in prison, which pretty much resulted into a life sentence for a man who is 68 years old.
Although this may not help you with getting any kind of refund, maybe it will be some comfort to know that this one has ended and many of the responsible parties are now paying for this crime.

and still is being investigated. A close source has revealed that major players within this company are being arrested and soon will be standing trial for their involvement in such a scam. Watch this board for further updates later this year.
