Robert Houston along with his partner called us out to do work on their green pool. We provided an estimate for approximately $200 which was immediately approved. They failed to pay their bill in full in which we sent a lien notice to the property owner, his partner. She immediately went on yelp to malign our company we summarily filed a lawsuit against her and won. She appealed and we won AGAIN. She still refused to pay so we filed an abstract of lien on her property which she had no choice to pay when she closed escrow last year. Her license with the California department of real estate has been "suspended indefinitely" for reasons such as allowing Robert Houston who "at no time relevant herein has Robert Houston ("Houston") been licensed by the Bureau in any capacity. with the CA DRE" .
In California a convicted felon cannot hold a real estate license or any licensing though Consumer Affairs, DRE, et al. We used his partner and won and Robert Houston takes to Yelp to besmirch our company with the following post: ***beware***scammer***beware***scammer***beware***scammer***beware***
this company sucks. the service sucks. he is not a professional pool guy, but he is a professional small claims court pervert.
he will sue you, just to attempt to get a settlement, he will bring lies, & fake documents to court, if he even shows.
do not use this company, if he calls you. . . run as fast as you can. . #hackjobpoolguy Robert Houston, your background search and our successful court cases against your partner prove who the scammer is. "this company sucks" why is that Robert Houston, because you and your partner called us to do work and acted like common thieves by not paying us, we sued her and won, TWICE? "the service sucks" you and your partner had not a single complaint about our service, you thought you were going to scam us like you've done before and we would merely go away. "he is not a professional pool guy" 22 years experience, tens of millions in sales and approximately 22,000 customer would vehemently disagree with you. We have >500 positive 5 star reviews in aggregate online which tell a different story. We have never earned ONE single legitimate negative review, just liars, cheats and thieves who don't pay us where we A. lien their home. B send to collection. C. sue "but he is a professional small claims court pervert" You sound as uneducated and inarticulate as your overtaxed lexicon and incoherent diatribe fake review. We have won all our cases from people who tried and failed to steal services. "he will sue you". Correct if you do not pay YOU WILL BE SUED! "just to attempt to get a settlement" Robert Houston, idiot extraordinaire; I never attempt. I do. "he will bring lies" the court of law reviewed my facts INCLUDING your partners own incriminating emails and photos. "fake documents to court," sorry Robert Houston I am not the one with a criminal record and allegations of fraud. "if he even shows". clearly we showed up to court on won against your partner TWICE!
We reserve the right to sue you and your trash partner for defamation and libel, we will seek attorneys fees. I suggest you get a life and pay your bills going forward! Contact us again, harass us, fail to remove your false reviews you will be sued

This SCUMBAG LOWLIFE RIPPED OFF THE ELDERLY

At a civil trial held in May 2019, the jury decided against Houston and his girlfriend, real estate broker Linda Lukas, as well as Rushmyfile and FMC Lending that facilitated the earlier loans and also profited from the fraud. Andrew Dioli, CEO of the two corporations, admitted to falsifying documents in which he stated that he had conducted a search to find other loan options, as well as falsifying loan disclosure statements, including one stating that Rushmyfile was acting as an agent for the Taylors.
The civil trial itself lasted two and a half weeks. After a day and a half of deliberation, the jury delivered their verdict against the defendants on a Friday. The following Tuesday, the jurors gathered again, this time to consider punitive damages. The Taylors were asking for $1.5 million.
Judge Colleen Sterne, however, announced from the bench that three of the six defendants â— âAndrew Dioli, FMC Lending, and Rushmyfile Inc., early investors in the Mesa house â— âhad agreed to a settlement. (The seventh defendant, West Coast Private Investments, had settled before trial.) Judge Sterne told the jurors their work was not in vain because their presence during trial had an “extraordinarily crystallizing effect” on the defendants’ minds over the weekend, allowing the settlement. The amount was not disclosed, but the Taylors’ attorney Thyne told the Independent it was “sufficient.”
After the initial May 17 jury verdict, the Taylors admitted they were “very happy.” When asked what they would do with their newly awarded funds, they quickly said, “Get out of debt.” The couple advised others to ask before signing or pursuing new investments. But Thyne added, “Always get a second opinion.
