 We visited Hilton Head SC in November 2013 at which time we were approached by The Coral Resorts to listen to one of their presentations. We met with McKinley Green, one of the sales reps there who promised to sell our existing time share, which never happened.  He also stated that we would be getting a letter in January to rent our timeshare with them every year  because they have a golfing event held in Hilton Head April of every year and accommodations are popular for the golfers.  He said our unit would rent for approximately $2000.00.   When we didn't receive a letter, I of course called.  I was unable to every reach McKinley, and he never returned my calls.  Customer services stated they didn't know anything about any golfing event, but gave me the name of the agency used for renting our unit.  I contacted that agency, spent another $250 to "list" my unit, but of course we were never contacted again.  I have made several phone calls to get the sales rep to speak with us, but he will not.  I have left several messages for their attorney who drew up the papers to call us, but he won't call us either.  Coral Resorts Hilton Head is dishonest, disgusting and without any integrity.  They steal people's livelyhood and take their money without regard for the stealing that they are doing.  I contacted Coral Resorts customer service again and complained that I didn't want to pay until I spoke with someone and the girl said "they don't want to talk to you", "it doesn't matter what they promised you, you aren't going to get it", then she said that if we don't pay them by 12/31/14, they are putting us in foreclosure.  We have worked very hard for excellent credit so this is very upsetting.  Just totally dishonest people stealing from hardworking people.  We need help with this problem.
