This is attorney Robert Shelist responding again to the anonymous post on this website.  I hereby provide notice to the author that a lawsuit has been filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, case number 14 CH 6903, for damages related to the false and defamatory statements contained in your posting.  A subpoena has been served upon Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the owner and operator of the ripoff.com website, requesting that the website provide me with your identity, including your name, contact information and IP address.  You have the right and the opportunity to anonymously and timely respond to the discovery request. 

This is attorney Robert Shelist responding to the anonymous post on this website.  I categorically deny the baseless, false and slanderous allegations raised against me.  I have been practicing law for 25 years and have never been disciplined, prosecuted or sanctioned.  This slanderous post was probably written by a disgruntled defendant in a case where I successfully won a judgment against him or her and then proceeded to collect on the judgment for my client.
