Robert Junior Biegel is a complete rip-off scram artist. This man came into my home acting as if he was a religious god loving person who was overly friendly. Robert used my company name to fraudulently pick up material from different businesses stating that he was bringing it to me and I will cover payment. All the while selling the material and keeping the money for him behind my back. Once I started receiving phone calls from upset customers stating that computers had been picked up by Robert and there still was no payment made, I knew something was wrong. The first customer he ripped off had charges pending on Robert and as soon as that happened he was quick to change his story and to come out of pocket and pay off the first customer. Robert was given $500 cash to pick up computers to be returned to my shop plus $100 for a pick up charge. Once he found out that the first customer had contacted me and I knew his game he blocked all of my numbers and ran off with the money. Second customer got off a little better - although Robert had picked up everything only a small amount made it back to my house for payment. The rest he kept for himself and cashed it in. Even after all of this Robert made a quick trip to a local scrap yard used my company account to pick up computers that I never saw. After contacting the scrap yard I had found out that instead of bringing my scrap metal to my dumpster as I was paying him to do, all he was doing was cashing in on my scrap metal and getting paid by me to do it. Robert is a creep who wrote love letters to my wife, hit on my mother and talked to my customers about how much he hates certain races. Along with being a fake religious man as a cover up, he is racist and a creep. After trying to press charges on him through my local police department, I was told that there is an employee/employer relationship and it would all have to be handled in civil court. Apparently if you work for someone and you steal from them all you have to do is tell the cops that you were owed money by the employer and you can get off Scott free. I have record of all time Robert worked for me and payment made to Robert from me. As well as that the scrap yard is backing me up and has provided all documentation of material he had sold there that was mine. Do not trust this man.
