Why don't you explain why the attorney for RSA Inc. (Reef Snorkeling Adventures Inc., Laura Krutko, President) withdrew from the case?

Why don't you explain why the judge WARNED you about your "highly suspicious" evidentiary documents when you moved for dismissal and release of the vessel? You know, your ridiculous claim that a "newly discovered" document that proved RSA Inc was dissolved on Aug 30 2005, but wasn't FILED until Oct 2007 on the same day you filed your motion to dismiss? The reality is the document states a dissolution approval date and the form is signed (but not dated) by Laura Krutko, but the EFFECTIVE DATE was left blank. Go ahead. Take all the time you need to explain this one.

When are you going to make these court documents available to Mr. McCarthy so he can read for himself what really transpired during the lawsuit against you? Don't' forget to include the evidentiary documents filed by the plaintiff that include the investigative reports and statements from the folks who were on the scene when the vessel was adrift.

When are you going to provide Mr. McCarthy a copy of the judge's order that denied your motion to dismiss so that he can read for himself what you attempted to do and the judge's STATEMENTS as to WHY your evidentiary documents were "HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS?" and he denied your motion?

Perhaps if Mr. McCarthy would READ these documents, he might develop a more accurate opinion of the type of people he's dealing with (you and your wife) and re-assess his relationship with you.

1. Southern District of Florida, Miami, Federal Case 07-cv-60001, Ocean Key Resort v. Robert Krutko.......The resort filed for possession of the 45' Corinthian dive boat after Krutko fell into arrears of $60,000 for dock rent. Krutko slandered Ocean Key Resort and bragged about the trial, even falsely claiming that he was the plaintiff. Here on Ripoff, he vowed to publish the court's findings. In the end, Krutko never even showed up for the trial. The Federal Court found no wrongdoing on the part of Ocean Key Resort and awarded them the boat. Case Closed. Robert Lost.

2. Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR), Complaint ID 1047612, Complaint # 2007043289.....Robert filed this complaint alleging that Alan Eckstein, a Key West attorney for Ocean Key Resort, was illegally involved in the auctioning of the boat. DBPR investigated and found no wrongdoing on the part of Eckstein. Case Closed. Robert Lost. Krutko began slandering DBPR.

3. Before DBPR concluded its investigation, Krutko claimed that the case was forwarded to the Monroe County State's Attorney's Office for criminal prosecution. SAO Chief Investigator Paul Meyers said otherwise and stated no such thing happened and that DBPR never concluded any criminal activity. Case Closed. Robert Lost.

4. Monroe County Sheriff's Office, Report #MCSO06OFF005101.....Krutko used a friend, Andrew Porter, to file a Theft report on Ocean Key Resort, and it's employee Steven Boswell, claiming the resort stole his boat from Cudjoe Bay. MCSO visited the boat at the OKR dock and ran the registration numbers. The boat returned to a marina in Key largo that no longer existed, not Robert Krutko. The hotel made claim of back rent and a mechanics LIEN. MCSO ruled the report as a civil dispute, not Theft. Robert refused to accept MCSO advice and began slandering them. Case Closed. Robert's claim unfounded. Krutko began slandering MCSO and Sheriff Roth

5. Following the MCSO report, Robert complained to the State's Attorney's Office in Monroe County. The SAO agreed with MCSO and told Krutko the case was civil, not criminal. Krutko began slandering the SAO and Mark Kohl.

6. Monroe County Court, Civil Case CAK060000910, Chase Home Finance v. Robert Krutko.....Krutko's Florida Keys home was foreclosed on.

7. Monroe County Court, Civil Case CAK080000678, Robert Krutko v. City of Key West.....Krutko sued the City of Key West and blogged all over the internet that it would be an historic case because he claimed the city allowed his business to fail. Krutko's complaint was dismissed because he failed to show cause, and he never showed up for the hearings. Case Closed.

8. Monroe County Court, Civil Case CAK080000679, Robert Krutko v. Old Town Tours and John Evans.....Krutko claimed Evans ran a dirty business (Hydro-Thunder) and was partly responsible for his failure. Krutko failed to show cause and never showed up for the hearings. Case Closed. Complaint Dismissed.

9. Martin County Court, Civil Case 432008CA000313CA (08000313CA), United Yacht Sales v. Robert Krutko......After months of relentless internet slander and harrassment of United Yachts by Krutko, they sued him for slander/libel. Robert hid from the subpoena, even having his father cover for him once. After 2 months, a private investigator found Krutko at his job, a janitor at a Columbus, OH motel. The subpoena was served. After all the internet slander of United Yachts, Krutko had his chance to show cause in court. He didn't. Krutko never even showed up for the hearings. The court ruled a default judgement for United Yachts. Case Closed. Robert Lost.

10. There are 5 Franklin County civil cases that Robert lost, including a second home foreclosure. Those civil case numbers are: 06CV012693, 90CV010128, 04CV006240, 03CV003250, 03CV003248.

Synopsis: Robert Krutko is financially and professionally irresponsible. He loves to falsely slander good people and businesses on the unregulated internet. He is a liar, plain and simple.

OK, so last August I sent an email to Dee Dee Holley at the FL DHSMV. I did so again yesterday as Robert is really starting to go off the deep end. I also contacted:

Karen Taylor at the Lee County Tax Collectors office, letting her know that Robert did the same thing with her email as he did with Dee Dee's.

Chuck Collins, Director of the FWC South Region, and let him know about the report about two of his officers.

I'm also thinking of contacting the managament company he's now harrassing and give them links too.

As of this wiritng, Robert is up to 35 reports on this site alone.

And here's some additional info on the suit Peter Schmidt filed against Robert. Back in February, United Yacht Sales filed a suit against Robert. After several months of dodging the process server, Peter finally hired a PI and tracked Robert down. Robert was served on 4/30/08 and had 20 days to respond. I'm assuming that since he's still on his internet rampage, that he has not answered and is hiding from the law. I hope this proves enough to have a warrant issued for his arrest.

I read in other reports that the court case against Robert Krutko has rested. It is absolutely true. The Federal Court in Miami has ruled that Robert Krutko shall not get his boat back. The actions taken by Ocean Key House in holding the boat as collateral for the several thousand dollars Robert owed them was completely legal.

Thank you Patrick for notifying Dee Dee of what Robert Krutko involved her in. I'm sure she had no idea and I have a feeling she will not be to happy.

Robert has posted limited information on other brokers, etc, where he conned them into the same thing. I'll start getting the word out to them.

Please, keep using the search engines. I counted 20 reports on this website, and 32 on Topix. He seems to think he has to start more than one on the same exact topic. There were several more, including the infamous destinsharks where he confused himself on his names, and iboats where the other users ripped him apart. His postings were deleted from tripadvisor, tripsmarter, hogsbreath, and indeed. Cruisecritic completely blocked his IP. The names he's used, especially when answering himself, are countless.

No one does this much posting if they've been ripped off. Time would be better spent on lawyers, case prep, etc. And I'm certain no lawyer would allow this slander if he expected to win in court.

I've been following all of Robert Krutko's reports since he filled his first ones back in November 2006. You see, I'm originally from Florida, and I wondered why one person from Ohio had so many grievances with companies and organization's in the great state. And then I got sucked into the myriad of tales that Robert has told over the past 10 months.

Up until the other day, I was content to sit back and watch Robert bicker with other posters about the validity of his reports (all 11 of them, plus these two filed AGAINST him). I've seen this story morph over time. I decided to get involved when Robert posted copies of the email from Dee Dee Holley at the State of Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. You see, Robert now claims that Dee Dee has officially gone "on the record" to state that Robert's claims of grand theft are correct.

What I'm wondering though, is how much information regarding his personal situation he provided to Dee Dee? If all she had to go by was the email he posted above, then it's no wonder she stated that it would be theft. I wonder what her response would be if she knew the whole story.

Well, if nothing else, I will find out. You see, I spent the last few days searching out all of Robert's reports here, plus his posts on Topix and Destinsharks (I too saw where he posted as boat4ever, but was talking as himself instead of his alter ego. Can you say "busted"? I thought you could!). I gathered all that information together and called Dee Dee (how nice of Robert to post her phone number on a web log). I did not get to talk to her as she went on vacation today, but I did get her email address. So I sent her a nice little email (well, it was actually pretty big), and included links to all of his reports, and what to Google to find more stuff on other sites.

I wonder how she will feel being "on the record"? I wonder if Robert asked her permission to post a private email on several web logs? I wonder if Robert will be getting a special piece of paper delivered to his doorstep, courtesy of the State of Florida Department of Law Enforcement? Only time will tell. She is not due back from vacation until the 27th, but I hope she reads my email before then.

And this is just for you Robert. Before you go flying off the handle claiming that I must be "Dan", "Peter", "Mike", one of the Ganchells (or whatever their name is), or Ocean Key House, or Fury, or anyone else, let me assure you that my name truly is Patrick, and that I live in Mesa, Arizona. Go ahead and call the EDitor of this website, we have spoken several times in the past, long before your reports were ever posted.

Next is an example that actually makes you laugh. You see, Robert Krutko is not the sharpest tool in a nerf factory. On a website, in the forums, Robert created one of his many diatribes complaining about the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. His screen name was Floridaguy. Like on every other site he's posted on, he responded to himself under an alias name to make it look like someone was sympathizing with him. The alias name was boats4ever. Well, when he went to respond back, he forgot to change his name back to Floridaguy and made a total horse's behind of himself.

If it wasn't for the fact he continues to lie and slander honest people who actually succeed at their businesses, it would be comical to sit back and watch him converse with himself.

But alas, he still hasn't learned. And as long as he continues, I will monitor him and report his lies so people are informed about him.

I think Robert should be encouraged to keep responding like this. The more he rebuts this report, the more he proves it to be true. I have been asking him for a month now what agencies are conducting these "investigations" he's talking about. He keeps refusing to answer.

Who with any common sense is going to believe these things he's typing in here? He's been exposed as liar. He has no credibility here.

As per our conversation it is my understanding as a marina if you try and use the statute 328.17 you must hold and be in possession at all times. If the boat you are claiming owes you money leaves for any reason you cannot claim the statute and do a non judicial sale correct? At that point as a marina

I would have a civil matter claiming back rent owed? And as you mentioned if the vessel leaves for any reason we as a marina would not be able to go get it and bring it back to our possession under the statute because that would be theft correct? So to sum it up as a marina I would need to hold vessel there to claim statute then follow guidelines to do a non judicial sale? if not we cannot go get yacht then bring it back and sell it under the statute. You are correct in all that you stated. I apologize for not emailing you yesterday like I said that I would. The only thing is the P.S. is incorrect. If the boat leaves your possession for any reason, that then becomes a civil matter and you would have to get a court to say that you can go get the vessel. So, let's re-cap. This has been over a year in the making. Robert Krutko fell into a Civil matter with a hotel, sparked by the fact Robert did not pay his rent. Let me say that one more time. I'm glad I came across this report. Robert Krutko did a rip-off report on a company called United Yacht Sales. This interested me because I work in the yacht industry and I was interested in reading the reports. He claims the state of Florida is investigating them. I have asked him 3 times who the state agency is so I could research his claim. He refuses to answer the question.

It became obvious he was lieing. Now, this report confirms my suspicion.

On a side note, when I became weary of his report, I Googled his name. OMG! I wish I would have done it sooner. I wouldn't have wasted my time with him.

As everyone knows Dan is the same individual as David from michigan. Also anyone wanting to verify this can call strike zone charters in big pine key and ask for gailo who owns the place she will verify there is no Dan there.

I also spoke to several people at bahia Honda state park who verified there was and never has been a Dan so i called a supervisor in tallahassee to also verify this. The park is run by the state of florida DEP and i would immagine they dont take it lightly for someone to falsify working for the state and have asked them to investigate this.

I will keep everyone informed as to what goes on. I am however happy to see these individuals ive exposed on the internet for their crimes have gone through such great lengths to falsify information including being a state employee. Surfing the internet, I came across many similar lies on several other web sites. As I stated earlier, Robert continually makes claims that there are investigations being conducted on various businesses. But people are smarter than he expected. When asked who is conducting the investigations, he goes quiet. He has yet to come up with a lie to cover his butt on that one. To this day, he has not been able to tell anyone what agencies are investigating.

Robert has backed himself so deep into a hole, that he has to make up lies to cover previous lies.

By the way, on a side note, a twin outboard catamaran boat used for a commercial business does not fit the definition of a yacht.

He was even paid up on his rent and they had to refund some of it back. after the 30 day notice was given two days later he returned to claim his stuff (storage boxes-equipment) and it was all gone($8000 worth of equipment). we recently found out the state of florida holds the lease with the marina and were asking everyone to please help write the state and tell them nobody should be discriminated against especially on state lands. We feel the state should immediately pull this marinas lease for this reason. The marina was also involved in the theft of another mans yacht at this same location where the boat was later torched and yes the state still allows them a lease . please help our writing campaign to let the state know discrimination and illegal acts should not be allowed and ocean key resort marina should have their lease pulled. the name below is the person in charge of state lands leases please e mail him direct.

Look what this sorry excuse for a human being is making up now! This is unbelievable!

I am a dive charter Captain, employed by Bahia Honda State Park and Strike Zone Charters, Big Pine Key, FL. I have lived in the Keys all my life and have always worked in the industry of fishing and diving charters. I am very familiar with all local dive businesses and the individuals running them.

After reading other reports on Robert Krutko, I felt compelled to report my knowledge of him.

Robert Krutko purchased a well known Key West charter business called Reef Snorkling Adventures, Inc. The purchase included a 45' catamaran vessel in slight disrepair. Robert and his wife ran the business into the ground. They never manned their booth and never chartered any trips. They failed to pay their bills and the result was the loss of their business and boat.

Robert Krutko can not come to grips with the fact he lost his business due to his own poor business skills. Instead, he is slandering everyone slightly involved with his failed business. The people he is slandering are good people with established businesses. The list includes, private charters, large charters, brokerages, law enforcement, government, and numerous others.

Bitterness is one thing. But Krutko is sending letters, typing countless internet reports, and flat-out lieing about his whole ordeal. He's saying bad things about reputable people.

Another author stated that there is no investigation into any of the businesses he is slandering. I can second that notion. I am a member of a state regulatory commission and if there was such an investigation, I would know about it.

I do know he has sent complaint letters to various departments including the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. However, FDLE concluded that there is no criminal issue to pursue. And no other department has initialized an investigation.

Robert Krutko is a liar. Plain and Simple.
