ROBERT M. PRESTWOOD DBA PRIMETECH CORP FOUND GUILTY OF PURJURY IN ORANGE COUNTY, CA COURT. REF: COHEN VS PRIMETECH, ROBERT PRESTWOOD et.al JUDGE GREY PRESIDING
Found Guilty of Perjury in a California civil case, Mr. Prestwood is simply seeking revenge in these phony articles against witnesses and Mr. Cohen for the loss of his home to Jon Cohen after Mr. Cohen successfully prosecuted a civil case against him. The people named by Prestwood in this report have no relationship to one another and the criminal allegations are completely false. In fact Judge Gray wrote a letter to the Department of Justice recommending that Mr. Prestwood be indicted for his abuse of the judicial system.
This is a typical action by Prestwood who has been involved in over 40 civil cases in California as a Defendant as well as at least as many in Florida. Mr. Prestwood routinely terrorizes both plaintiffs and witnesses in his civil and criminal cases in effort to control their testimony or cause them to drop their case. Mr. Prestwood has been the subject of several criminal investigations by the Department of Defense, FBI, Huntington Beach Police Department, in both Huntington Beach, California and in a fraudulent Bankruptcy proceeding in Miami, Florida where he was ordered to pay over 1.7 million dollars to the court. Currently a resident of Florida, anyone doing business with Robert Milton Prestwood or his shell companies should be strongly cautioned.

The author of the false report signs FRANKTHEDAYTRADER. He knows the report is false and is a coward who will not sign his name. This is a report by some fired ex/employees of Robert M Prestwood. they are the same ones he sued for stealing computers, a sequil database, thousands of dollars in aircraft parts and everything they could get their hands on. The crominal employees were Harvey Modlin, Harvey's stepson Jon cohen, Jon's bankrupt father Gerry, Evan Lewandowski, Aberham Gardino, Santy Diaz, Jimmy Ha and Danny St. Claire. The business they started with all the stolen property was busted by the Huntington beach Police department for dealing drugs.
The false report also claims Primetech Corporation is the DBA of Robert M Prestwood and this is not legally possible. Mr. Prestwood has been a client of mine for over 10 years and I can assure he has never been charged or arrested for anything even littering. I obtained a $100,000 settlement for him in his suiot for breach of contract against Volvo Aero Services, Inc. where they short shipped his prepaid money wire.
