Robert Moreno Insurance Services Robert Moreno Won't go after a drung driver to have my son car fix. Instead they charge my son and paid his 102.12 and he has to pay the deductible of 1000.00They said they attempted to recover money . Now if I want to go after the person any money I get they want their money back. Now this was a drunk driver with a police report. They won't send me a copy of the report. WHY? Fullerton California

 My son was hit by a drunk driver on 9/21/13 A police report was file thru 911. The plate was given and a police report was given to my son. My son called the insurance company and gave them the plate number and the police report. They came out and gave a estimate on the damage to his car. So we thought everything was going good. Then we get a check from Robert Moreno for the sum of 102.12. We couldn't understand why when the damage was estimate at over 1200.00. Well what they did is pay him off and he has to come up with the rest to get his car fix.

I callr Robert Moreno Insurance and was told they are going after the drunk driver and when they get the money they will send my son the rest. I said this isn't the way it should be done. I had asked them for a copy of the police report and they would mail me one. To this day I haven't gotten it. Now I have been sent a letter stating that they couldn't recover any money from the drunk driver and if I pursue it at My cost and any money I get Robert Moreno is entitled to share in the recovery. WTF I have to do the work of the company I pay that by state law I have too. This is a RIP OFF!!!!!!!
