This is my second report on this company, my first came back in july 09 in regards to being terminated for not closing enough deals in a month however, after closing a deal i was fired by the vice president robert pierson and told 2 weeks after i started i was not producing enough deals.

But after forwarding him 4 deals and each he could not close he began to push more and more for my demise, the last of 4 deals i closed because he was so ruled to my clients they all reported back to me and stated he just wanted there credit card.

I was told after closing that deal by Robert Pierson i would not get paid until september when the client made his last payment but that to has not happen and it looks like we are headed for court. [He] Robert has avoided me, curse me for trying to collect my payment and gave my deal to another employee after he fired me. Do not trust this company to modify your mortgage, this as i reported before is untrustworthy and reckless.

When i did reach him this company has refused to pay me on 09/11/09 @ 1.35 pm and he told me i could plant my a*s in the chair in his office for 7hrs but you are not getting a check today so just think of this company heading your most valueable possession your home, stay clear . 

Can you believe after working somewhere for 4.5 week on straight commission that this company will not pay you anything and avoid you and curse you too.
