Robert Shemin - Robertshemin.com My First House, Ron Hillman , Las Vegas, Nevada

Everything I've read in these Robert Shemin/Ron Hillman/"My First House" complaints is true based on my personal experience.  Shemin's $10,000 personal mentor and seminar cost was definitely NOT worth the money.  You can acquire the SAME knowledge from one of Shemin's books from a book store.  I know b/c I've read them. 

However losing $10,000 wasn't the worst part.  Buying a loser property in Las Vegas that's worth about $50,000 (not the $225,000 it was purchased for) and having it kept vacant for several months because "My First House" didn't manage it properly or have tenants placed in them as promised was the worst loss.  And when tenants were placed in houses, My First House collected the rent and at times DIDN'T forward it to us owners!  I think that's more than a real estate loss.  I think that's criminal behavior.  Please learn from others and stay far away from these guys.  P.S. Robert Shemin's seminar in Vegas introduced us to Ron Hillman and My First House, suggested we buy these Vegas homes and gave us free hotel stays during the Shemin Vegas seminar and tour of My First House investment properties.
