I am another victim of the TreeHouse Marketing Scam. My account was billed on October 2, 2003 for the $19.95 Shipping and an invoice for forwarded via email stating the following: Congratulations on choosing to take the 30-day Robert Shemin challenge, which allows you to try the product for 30 days in the comfort of your own home to experience the results for yourself.

Robert Shemin and the only one backed by the TURLEY-THOMPSON name. You have been charged $19.90 today and will be charged an additional $380.05 on 11/07/2003 (37 days from 10/01/2003) upon completion of your trial. If you decide to return it, we must receive the unused portions of the product back before the 37 days are over. You can expect to see your order in 5-7 business days. I was contacted by a representative on October 22, 2003 $398.95 stating the funds were taken out of my account and that it was only a 15 day free trial offer and wanted to prove it via the voice recording from the initial transaction. Unfortunately, he was not aware an invoice had been forwarded to me via TreeHouse Marketing. I was then told the funds would be credited back to my account. Since then, I have not been able to reach anyone. The phone rings busy. I called UTAH, there is no listing for either enterprise.
