Most recently Robert Harrison left a telephone message stating he had the green light for a pay out. Still nothing! I have called almost everyday for the past two weeks and only once was his mailbox not full. He doesn't reply to emails and although he has returned some of my calls the conversation has been nothing but false promises. Furthermore, when we discussed the amounts of payout the numbers didn't jive - he gave me an amount then in a subsequent conversation it was a different amount.
Bottom line - When the markets turned bad he didn't advise the investors but rather took another round of money for another contract date knowing he had taken a bad hit in the markets. Harrison didn't advise people of the downturn until he received more investment money all of which has never been returned. Had people known this they wouldn't have sent further investment dollars.
All I can say is he has ignored my messages and continues to make false promises. All I am asking for is my principal return. If Robert Harrison comes good for this I will remove my complaint but "people beware!"

Robert Harrison of Investors Choice Advisors - Ripoff!!

In reading the first report I find it mirroring my experience. A friend had been investing with Robert Harrison of Investors Choice Advisors for about one year and told me about the opportunity to invest. I sent in a small investment and a contract was sent back with a 90 day maturity. In a conference call 3 weeks before the end of the contract Robert Harrison said we were looking solid with our investments. I decided to invest more. I sent almost ten thousand dollars more for the next contract. I never received a contract or my money back. I have been trying to get in touch with Robert Harrison since March, 2012. He continues to have conference calls for updates on the status of the fund but I can never have any communications with him. His phone always goes to voicemail and it is full. He has an email but he does not return any emails that I have sent. He had a loss in the market in March, 2012. He said he was working to recover his losses for the fund. Anyone who had recently invested and wanted some or all of their investments back he would work to return these funds first. In an Aug. 29 2012 conference call he said he had sent out all of the pay outs of funds that were requested by registered mail. Well mine has never showed up. I want to believe there is still hope to get my investments back from Robert Harrison but without any one on one communications with him it doesn't look good.
