Roberts Realty Advisors Owner: Billy Roberts Unethical Billing Practices, Falsehoods, Threats of Legal Action and Intimidation Fort Worth , Texas Fort Worth Texas

Once again Billy Roberts strikes.  As a licensed real estate broker you would think that Billy Roberts understands real estate processes.  He doesn't.  His school of choice for real estate was "Pound Of Flesh Real Estate School - Falsehoods, Intimidation, and manipulation of government officials."  

So I find this notice on my door which says "Please appear at the Justice of The Peace..." etc..  It indicates that I'm being evicted for non-payment of my rent.  Well, that can't be because I still own my condiminium and have no liens on the property.  I'm puzzeled; however, I know that the statement "If you do not attend this court hearning, then the judge will rule in favor of the plantiff as a DEFAULT JUDGEMENT."  Well, there it is, if I don't go.  No matter if I own the place or not, a default judgement would mean that no consideration of ownership would be presented.  (Ah ha! that is what Good Ol' Boy Billy Roberts is counting on.); therefore, with a judges approval he could bring his boys in and take what he wants and dump the rest in the front yard or sidewalk all right before Christmas so as to add to the pain of the event.  But, I showed-up and thwarted all of his plans.  There was no judgement and the case was dismissed.  

Be warned to all who rent from a property that is managed by Roberts Realty Advisors AKA Billy Roberts.  He is very free and loose with the laws that govern the peoples right to be heard.  He is not to be trusted ever.  Oh, he is very sneaky.  A type of sneaky that is on parr with a government worker such as the NSA, or the CIA.
