Robinsons May ripoff Bad Service Riverside California

On January 23, 2003 I went to Rob/May to purchase 5 or 6 pairs of mens dress paints since I have just recently loss a lot of weight. I asked the clerk to take my waist measurement so I would not have to try on 2 or 3 pairs of paints just to get my size. The 1st women I spoke to says no problem let get somebody to help you, so she walks me over to another department and there are 2 other clerks there (1 Male 1 Female).

The female says you need a shirt size? I said no pant size. She says I do not know how to measure for pants, so she asks the male standing next to her and he says no I don't either. He asks me what size pants do I wear? I said if I knew I would not need a measurement taken. So, He starts guessing my size. I asked again is there anyone is this store that can take my pants measurement?

They said no. I left the store and went over to Nordstoms and bought 2 pairs of pants after they took my measurements, then I went over to Macys and bought 4 more pairs of paints. I do not know how a business like this can be profitable with this kind of service.
